Cockade de Marianne

My journey into the tricoloured Cockade de Marianne started with experiments in the Enso circle. This is the ‘Circle of Life’, which also represents togetherness. It is traditionally painted in one brush stroke and breath.
As you will see, the ‘Vortex’ was also investigated briefly.
This collection was born through inks, acrylics and computer collage.
The Cockade de Marianne is a national allegorical representation of France. I found the answer as I searched for something to symbolise my life here in a simple, bold and meaningful way. These tricolours are now part of my ‘Circle of Life.
